The house is located in the heart of LIPTOV Region, 1km from Thermal pools Besenova, 15km from Aquapark TATRALANDIA, skiing from 15km - Ruzomberok, Jasna, Donovaly, High Tatras. Nearby you can visit caves, valleys, Low Tatras or High tatras mountains.

The house is located in the village, by the family house with a separate entrance. On the ground floor there are kitchen, double bedroom and sanitary facility with WC. On teh first floor there are kitchen, common room with satellite TV and two quadruple rooms. Garden sitting with a fireplace. Parking in the yard.
