The accommodation facility is located in Pavčina Lehota. It is a mountain tourist village located 7 km from Liptovský Mikuláš. In the vicinity there are possibilities of winter and summer recreation. Such as the ski resort Jasná, ski resort Žiarce, located 500m from the village, swimming pool Liptovský Ján, Thermalpark Bešeňová, Aquapark Tatralandia and many others. The accommodation is situated on the outskirts of the village in a quiet environment.

There is also a children’s playground with climbing frames and a trampoline.
