The apartments are situated in the village Bešeňová, in the center of the attractive tourist Liptov region, 10km from the town Ružomberok. The village is conected by highway network with the town Liptovský Mikuláš (7 minutes by car). Airport Poprad-Tatry is 73km away. Parking by the house.

There is year-round Gino Paradise with geothermal water in the village, which evolved from a depth of 1987m with a temperature of 60.5°C. Pools are indoor and outdoor, with thermal or drinking water and water slides. The distance to Thermal Park is 15 minutes by walk.
