Hotel Palace is situated in a beautiful location right in the center of Novy Smokovec.

The reconstructed Palace Hotel *** is the main hotel of Spa Novy Smokovec with a central reception. It offers comfortably furnished rooms with free WIFI connection, toilet, bathroom, telephone, satellite TV and radio, or safe and balcony. Hotel Palace *** has four types of rooms, each room offers the same standard of comfortable accommodation. Additional hotel services are: cafe, library, billiards (restaurant Svišť), electronic darts (restaurant Svišť), bike/sledge rental, Nordic walking sticks, party games. This hotel has a central dining room for all our guests. Eating regime offers 3x daily adjusted, calorically balanced meals prepared under the supervision of a dietitian: breakfast - buffet, lunch - choice of four meals, dinner - choice of four meals. Meals can be enriched with drinks, fruits or other according to your individual requirements. You can also enjoy your stay in the RELAX zone with a salt water pool. Entry to the RELAX zone is paid, but for most stays we offer it in the price of the stay. What can you find in the RELAX zone? Recreation and services in surroundings
Our complex is located in an important recreation center Smokovec, which consists of Stary, Novy, Dolny and Horný Smokovec. This central location in the High Tatras makes our hotels excellent starting points for hiking, skiing or peaceful walks on the Smokovec promenade and spa trails. In the center of Stary Smokovec there is a railway station (about 300m from the complex). The train goes to other recreation centres (direction Tatranska Lomnica, direction Strbske Pleso, direction Poprad).
